Chicken Broccoli Rice Bake

2 Knorr Rice Sides, Chicken Broccoli or Cheddar Broccoli
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
3 Cups Uncooked Broccoli (or as much as you would like)
3 Chicken Breasts, cut in smaller chunks
3 cups water
1 tsp. Lemon Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Shredded Cheese

Combined all ingredients except cheese.  Cover and bake in 13x9 dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until chicken is fully cooked.  When fully cooked remove cover, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.  Return to oven uncovered until cheese is melted.  Enjoy!

Thanks to my mother-in-law, Anita for this great family favorite recipe.

  3. We do this almost the exact same but we use corn instead of broccoli. And cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken. So yummy!

    2. Yes! I used a bag of frozen broccoli but I thawed it in the fridge overnight before using it. You could also just steam it half way and drain the water.

  10. Its such as you read my mind! You appear to understand a lot about this, like you wrote the e-book in it or something. I believe that you simply could do with a few % to force the message house a bit, however other than that, this is wonderful blog. A great read. I'll certainly be back. turkey cooking temp

  12. This was really good! A few helpful hints- chop the raw chicken into small cubes and add on top after mixing all the ingredients so that way the chicken cooks better. Also instead of water use chicken broth! I also played around with the spices and made mine more garlicy.
